PULTRUDED GRP PRODUCTS
Complete support structures are available constructed from GRP pultruded sections with stainless steel fixings,
in both fire and non fire retardant GRP materials.
The benefits of pultruded GRP
materials are numerous
• High strength
• Low weight
• Corrosion resistance
• Low maintenance
• Low conductivity to heat
and electricity
• Non magnetic
• Non sparking
GRP Grating ‘Safegrip’ (40T-SG)
Pultruded bearing bars are
mechanically held in position using our
unique patented locking system
without the need of adhesives. The
transverse locking system resists any
twisting or lateral movement of the
load bearing bars. Panels can be cut
on site without fear of load bearing
bars becoming detached.
Standard panels, nominally 1m wide,
are available in 3m and 6m lengths.
Custom built panels to customers
specific requirements can be easily
accommodated. Our unique
construction system allows for the most
economical use of materials with the
minimum of wastage.
• Rigid performance
• Bearing bars mechanically
locked
• Anti slip gritted surface
available
• Low noise in use
• Hold down clips below
surface
• GRP curb angle to suit
GRP ‘Safegrip’ Stairtreads
Stairtreads from GRP grating / solid
have a square sitting bar to the front of
the tread which also acts as a high stress
absorber where most of the force is
applied in use.The sitting bar is of a
contrasting colour, normally yellow.
