1. Adjustable fixing clip, Type, FC2, can be used with all depths of ‘Steelway’ open mesh flooring and will secure panels to almost any support. Two clip assemblies are provided with each panel when required. Fix to straight bars.

2. “Steelway” mild steel diamond pattern open mesh flooring of all welded construction.

3. Straight bar (load bearing bars).

4. Pressed bar, acts as spacer and transmits localised loads to adjacent load-bearing bars.

5. Strong stitch welded joints.

6. Nosing bar (binding bar) 5mm thick flat bar welded along the span edge of all panels. Nosing bars are not intended to be load bearing.

7. Every fourth or fifth straight bar and the edge bars are strongly welded to the nosing bars.

8. Erection marks are steel stamped in the centre of nosing bars - see drawing below.

Available in Mild Steel Stainless Steel Aluminium Unless otherwise specified, mild steel flooring will be given one coat of black paint, suitable only for internal dry conditions. A galvanised finish is required for external or damp conditions
